Whatever level of fitness you are, you will benefit from personal training sessions tailored specifically to your needs. Sessions can be either in the comfort of your home, or at Kate's equipped studio. Of course, your children are welcome to attend. We can also track your weight / muscle mass / fat % / BMI if you want that extra motivation!

Kate can offer weekly meal plans along with tailored advice and guidance around your food habits, at an additional cost. This involves keeping a food diary and discussing your requirements, and then your plan will be written accordingly. Contact Kate for details.
